menu disappears when gets in a vehicle and cant reopen the menu

Bruhh when I get in a car it stops working, wont even open menu im spamming my T key already, (also im using rampage trainer and spawned the car with rampage if that helps)

ive always had this the menu doesnt pop up when I press T sometimes, but for a little earlier it works normaly and fine, and sometimes it says something like uhh wait when I try to spawn troops it says an error then makes the troops who got an error go on standby and say "blue team has been defeated"
