director mode doesn't seem to load when using this config, i replaced it with my old one with a downgraded version and it works, i'm not sure what the problem is

Hey, is there a reason that the new tattoos and hairstyles that were added in the Agents of Sabotage DLC onwards aren't here? I'm pretty sure all of my SHV, SHVDN, GC etc are all up to date. It just shows bald hair for the hairstyle options and for the tattoos it just doesn't exist.
