Ah i get it like one of those portable police scanners.
Will this work when i am in a emergency vehicle?
Im a bit confused as to what this does. So does this let me know when any random pursuits are happening in the city? Or when there is a random event like a wallet theft? I am definitely going to try this out once you change the hotkey :).
