This is really just one native: SET_PED_CAN_BE_KNOCKED_OFF_VEHICLE(per ,0); not really a "Seat Belt" mod.
@Afflicted One Im actually working on all of them atm, should be available in the next update.
You dont need the "unknown" properties to be set as true in your code, Just set the Mod kit.
