@NewtonSandey if the exterior gates won't be opened, all you have to do is pressF7 to activate the Map Editor, then click on the gates, scroll down to check box "dynamic", now all you to do is check it, and gates are now can be opened.

@NewtonSandey have u turned the door into dynamic ?

@NewtonSandey go to the gate, click on it, and make it dynamic.

@NewtonSandey the gate can be opened, and you can also get there by helicopter.
