english instructions show editing the Vanilla version ?????? also didnt work on both times

Hi , I know this is a great mod because i had it before but can you help ???? Gta5 works absolutely fine with my redux and lspdfr and various other mods but as soon as i add the Oiv file from this one it never ever loads.... is there a compatibility issue ? let me know cheers
