Already used that version but nevermind just found out the problem. For some reason my dinput8 file was replaced by an older one from OpenIV. Anyway just replaced back the latest version and its good to go.
Well I don't know about NVR (If its the one causing the issue) but yeah blur around the character and "too bright" perhaps in general far areas. For example if you are standing at the top of a building you can see everything around you or in the far distance being a little more brighter than usually or perhaps blurry. @Rocketrichard12

Newest Version doesn't even open. The 1.2.0. In the ASI Loader log it says Menyoo.asi failed to load. Fresh GTA V directory. Can't figure out why.
Wish we could have them all at the same (like a possibility to swap them in-game) but oh well.. Beyond good work mate tnx for this!

Yeah is there any way we get a lower texture version? like 2k or below? The plane doesn't spawn on medium to low spec PC.

Yeah as everyone reporting something is wrong either with the blur or the general lighting if I make sense.
