@JohnsInflatedEgo it's usually Photoshop from what I understand, I have only done a little modding with GTA SA & GTA IV so principals stay the same i'd say

Could you explain where to put the wav files I am either missing where to install them or my version of OpenIV is outdated I don't have a import OpenFormats section of the menu
