Oof, EDIT to my statement above. Turns out the unintended consequence of setting Wanted Factor on Gang Turf to 1 is that it seems to allow wanted level to be generated on missions that don't normally allow it (if you are on gang turf which is pretty much everywhere) makes things super exciting trying to do say.... Trevor's first missions while the entire place is getting swarmed by SWAT... Also, allied gang members seem to aggro on allied mission NPCs fairly frequently. Makes it a bitch to keep them alive
I figured out my problem above. Not sure what "wanted factor" is compared to "wanted level" but there was a line for min wanted factor. I set that to 1 for shits and giggles and it seems to be functioning correctly now.
I'm having an issue with my wanted level. I found the lines in the mod xml file to change min and max wanted level on Gang turf. I changed min to 0 and max to 5, however currently when I get a wanted level it will not go away. Ever. it Freezes no matter how long I hide. There is no current Gang War going on, but I did try to change the true to false on the line about freezing your wanted level during gang wars
