Sadly, I couldn't get it to work. I converted the files to mono, the respective Khz and bitrate and whatnot.
Imported them via .oac... Yet they turn up nowhere. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong :/
Gonna open a request on the forum for someone to walk me through it or make it for me XD

@MvcGyver Um... Dude I'm sorry if I'm being dumb, but I could only find MGN_AK47_PLYR_VERC_LAV_0(1-4).L in resident.rpf.
Changing those did nothing... I found a few MGN_AK47_PLYR_VERC_LAV_0X.R's in "mgn_sml_am83_vera", those weren't the ones either :/
It would seem I underestimated the difficulty of the task XD Or I'm really just... dumb.
I mean I got a few other sounds to work, I know how to .oac, all fine. Just that damn minigun...

could you tell me where I'd find those? Does it use another gun's "bang"?
All I could find were the spinUP, spinDOWN and Spinning noise :-/

It's an M134 Minigun, the one I'd like in game specifically is called "Old Painless" throughout the movie Predator. It has the ammunition in a "backpack" mounted onto an A.L.I.C.E-frame.
