The boat gives the impression in the video that it's slightly above the water instead of in the water.
This will certainly make some of the other mods I use (like Hollywood Rollover) more fun.
"Open Menu: Press H (Default) to open the Tracey Menu.
Note: The menu unlocks fully after the first mission.
Controls:
H: Open Menu
Y: Accept Invite / Confirm
N: Reject Invite / Cancel"

@Hernancho674 Why no video so we can check out the sounds before committing to downloading?
Needs instructions in the downloaded file how to install and a better indication of which mod this is in the name of the downloaded file. TUrbanRebel doesn't make such all that clear. Hours wasted scouring the site in an attempt to find it. Please remedy this?
Controller support? Switching to kb/m is cumbersome and immersion breaking when using a controller.
