As for the crashing with JulioNIB's scripthook I found out that if you reload your scripts/load a savegame right after entering and exiting a house the game will not crash

@brunodrl94 I found out that if I put the handling lines of those 3 vehicles (that have vanilla top speeds with WoV installed) into the main handling file in update.rpf they will work as intended

One of my favourite euphoria mods that can still works if you install the PhysicsTasks oiv then enter openiv,go to update.rpf/common/data and move results.meta to action or remove it if it causes problems,move pedhealth and pedbrawlingstyle to common.rpf/data and delete them from update.rpf,rename the weapons.oiv to .zip and extract it,remove weaponcomponents/animations vehiclelayouts and loadouts from all folders as they are outdated vanilla files not needed that can cause bugs such as the fib grangers spawning without drivers,install the remaining weapons files manually.Have fun!

For me it still works fine,make sure you have open all interiors with mp map enabled or enable mp map in Simple Trainer for
the houses to be loaded

@ChristianLOL You can,use JulioNIB's NIBSHDotNet as it is a custom version of 2.0.9 SHVDN 2.0.9 that can be used togheter with the new scripthook,,change the extension of this mod from .dll to .ndll,for it to be loaded by the old scripthook and download native ui 1.7 and do the same,you can also keep the native ui 1.9 version to be loaded by SHVDN3 and it
will work

@Brandoman I'm sure but don't worry you can use them togheter,I found only 3 vehicles so far that are reverting to the vanilla handling
