use a ladder truck that is compatible with vehicle gadgets + and the ladder works. thats all u had to do.
@RandsomeGaming replace the vehicle files with firetruk.ytf firetruk_hi.ytf and firetruk.ytd which is located in update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf then download vehicle gadgets + and install it and drag and drop firetruk.xml to vehicle gadgets + folder. ladder has no collision sadly but to control it use the num keys
its better to replace it with the banshee cuz its model is similar also when replacing vehicles make sure to replace it in its LATEST patchday or DLC or it will not work

@JohnnyTurbo i already made a knuckles mod with tails in it. its still pending admin approval but lets hope it gets accepted:D
u need a gameconfig for addons. if you get a pak error, install pack limit adjuster. if it gives a heap error, install heap limit adjuster
