It was menyoo that made it keep crashing for me. Once menyoo.asi removed it worked fine. Sad that menyoo won't be updated until February of next year :( .
How to make it so this just affects people and not vehicles? That's all I want is increased peds, like at the beach for example, most of the towels where people lay down are empty normally.
@VisualParadox Thank you, sorry I didn't see the great map you included of the light add-ons. Also in my last comment where I said " Also it seems as if some other lights across the town are flashing a little now, which makes the game look laggy and not smooth", that could just be me seeing things that already existed but I'm just paying closer attention to them now. That is a very minor problem, if it even is one. And Yeah I wish I could say for certain it was your mod causing the UI color and character glitching, but I can't really know for sure. Although your mod is the first of this type I have installed. The only other mods I have installed are car mods/add-ons and .asi and/or script mods. I am pretty certain though the UI glitching didn't happen before your add-on though. And it doesn't seem to impact game performance, just causes unwanted graphical errors. Not a huge problem either. I will try to get some video or screenshots to share with you. Also if there is any kind of diagnostic info I can provide just let me know. Thanks a lot for your work.
Seems legit, although kinda hard to tell a difference unless you know where to look for, which I don't lol. Maybe you should include the locations that you modified. Also when flying over the city, and driving around some parts too, the UI including the map and ammo amount and stuff like that, spazzes out and has all kinds odd colors and characters flash across it. Sometimes multiple colored beams of light would flash towards you or the map too, which is quite annoying. Also it seems as if some other lights across the town are flashing a little now, which makes the game look laggy and not smooth. I hope you can fins those bugs
Also I used the auto installation, which I now regret because it said there is no auto uninstall. Can I just follow the manual install instructions backwards somewhat to uninstall? If not can you please include uninstall instructions?
I'm using the full version and my system specs are i7-4790k, gtx 4gb 770s in sli, SSD, and 2400mhz ddr3 RAM, So I know it's not my system causing the issues. I'll change my rating if you are able to address these issues.

@MAFINS Well unfortunately it is happening. And I am using steam, with auto update on, so GTA 5 always updates itself. I am using the menyoo version that I got off this page, and I've gotten the last 2 scripthook V game launch errors in the past month's time, so i'm pretty sure I'm up to date. Any suggestions.
@MAFINS Thank you so much for all the time and effort that has clearly been put into this. Do you know why some cars disappear shortly after spawning? Such as some of the fancy sport cars. Also having the same problem spawning the rocket car mod found on this site.

I updated with https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp but still have the same error. I copied the new menyoo files over the old ones and replaced all the duplicate files. Any other suggestions?

Game crashes with new scripthook and dinput8 in game folder. It Will boot up if I take those two out. How to fix this?
I let open iv update the update.rpf file but it still keeps crashing.
