@MissySnowie turns out that the name of the dlclist.xml line in the readme isnt the correct one, so i fixed it by putting the dlc file name in the line instead

idk if i installed it wrong but the new trees aren't there. are there any known mod conflicts?

when i try to install this using the oiv, it says 'installlation failed' . when i check the log it says:
''Unable to replace file "common\data\effects\peds\peddamage.xml" with file "content/update/update.rpf/common/data/effects/peds/peddamage.xml". SYS_ERROR_00000020: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process''
