@Vrinity Could you add a Civil protection or overwatch mask from Half-Life 2?

I followed the install instructions but now when I open gta it comes up that it wont load and says Safe mode or retry is there a fix?

@GamerDude27 I would prefer not the player models as it is a suit and mask the Universal Union wear :D

@GamerDude27 Do you think you could reskin the police as Civil protection and the army as Overwatch also the buzzard as a hunter copter or gunship? cause that would be amazing!

How do you open rpf files aswell ;_;

It says it dosent have permission to go into the gta V folder but I am running it as addministrator
