@JoyLucien Its actually for self-bootstrapper function to improve UX. As I said, I will enhance the system in the future. I will not package files separately. It avoids the hassle of users complaining about the issues when it is the installation problem. And I will not follow Menyoo's path with multiple files to install for the user.
@JoyLucien The sound can be replaced as the mod creates the folder "TornadoVStuff" where you will find various stuff you can edit or replace... Plus the file size is large, because it's a self-bootstrapper. In the future, maybe I will enhance that system.
@CRASH213 Thank you for support!
@CRASH213 No, it doesnt have debris as it looked weird when tornado got onto bridges and also debris was performance hungry.
@mikeysartori Because C++ brings much more possibilities and ways to add the audio while C# has those catchy dependencies, including NAudio.dll which was removed for stability, because it crashed GTA V process on launch.
@mikeysartori Yes. I will work on bringing back audio when C++ version becomes primary.
All unstable/new releases are found:

@Gta5Gamerss I am trying to fix this as soon as possible
@Starfox1993 Have you tried lowering your graphics or uninstall any intensive mods? Because on my end, it drops just 40 FPS when I get ~130 FPS without it, which is still better than CamxxCore's.
@Starfox1993 On Enhanced version? If yes, try disabling RT(Ray Tracing) and lowering 'Shadows' Quality.
