@JaKdj4 Download this mod, and there will be a file named "GALAXY Yacht Party.XML", u need to drag it to your spooner folder (the directory of this folder is: "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner").
Then, when you are in game, open menyoo, and click Object Spooner\ Manage Saved Files\GALAXY Yacht Party\Teleport to Reference and Load Placements. It could take a bit to load.

@nikochico56 try to find one, I spent 5-10 min to find a female lifeguard. Or try to spawn it with a mod menu
