As I said earlier, this is just a bug in Windows Defender that identified this file as a virus..
@razera @megadeli066 It is only Windows Defender that detects the file as a virus and it is a type of bug disable windows defender once and download the file your problem will be solved.

@razera The dashboard is old but not too bad or has problems since no one paid much attention to the dash, I left it as is
