Dokek here! v1.3.1 is out (Addons Support bugfix).
Thanks to jedijosh920 for the original mod.
Some wise men said "Carry your weapons... Properly".
Weapons on Back is another jedijosh's mod that's been a friend you need in a battle.
Sadly, it's outdated. So, i decided to listen to a request to restart this mod, and Voila!
I remember some mods already did this kinda thing (e.g 7 Visible Weapons on Player, Stow That Weapon, Pickups).
I'm aiming for simplicity, plug-n-play no hassle compared to other mods with the same idea.
Make sure to always read till the end!

With 1.1 it doesn't sound right to call it "Weapons On Back" but for the sake of crediting jedijosh,
I'll keep that name since small part of the code and the idea still comes from him
Features:
- No more crashes on the new ScriptHookVDotNet
- Weapon attachments and tint now shown correctly
- Added small equip animation, grabbing the weapon on the back
- Not only now you have weapons on Back but on Hips and Front/Chest
- Added In-Game Menu Settings with LemonUI (Thanks to JohnFromGWN)
- Insert cheat "WOB" to open the menu, for Gamepad click Reload and LookBehind key
- Adjustable Weapon Placement to reduce clipping on addon peds and weapon replacer
- Switch to 3 modes (Front/Back/SidearmsOnly) inside the menu
Requirement:
ScriptHookVDotNet 3.6.0, Just use the latest Nightly Version
This script was made on game version 3274, other versions are untested.
Also, you need LemonUI
How to Install:
Please install the SHVDN3 version of LemonUI first, if you don't have it yet
Put WeaponsOnBack.dll and WeaponsOnBack.ini into the "/scripts" folder, the usual for script mods, located in gta main folder.
No UI version (discontinued): for those who prefer no hassle with no UI so you don't need to install LemonUI for this.
Switch mode by typing cheat wob0 (disable), wob1(on back), wob2(on front).
If you have errors/crashes, comment here or contact me on Discord.
Giving stupid rating without asking for help first is stupid move, will be reported
You need to be on 5mods Discord server to add me as a friend

last update is borked, shooting a gun one bullet at a time makes the guns reappear on the back, leaving a vehicle makes side arm disappear. :(

@anon23623 make one it's easy and it'll make your gta modding easier since there's 5mods group if you have problem with other mods or crashes.

For anyone who got the same bug (shooting makes guns reappear, and sidearm gone when leaving vehicle) please contact me on discord, i can't seem to get the bug to appear on my game

@anon23623 hmm okay might be the problem, can you try using mouse and keyboard and see if the problem still persists?

@mbahdokek KB/M is fine, controller wired and wireless mode is borked, im pretty sure this wasn't an issue on the preview version, unfortunately I cant test on the old version as you delisted them :(

@shifuguru I believe the hacker got my old password combination from data breaches on other websites since it was an old password. I've checked on haveibeenpwned.com and my pass is not safe to use anymore. Attention! My account got hacked on 4th Oct 2024, Dual Wield is compromised, the file got replaced by hacker. But, now it's safe, I've secured my acc. I advise to all of you in the future to pay attention to the file size, script mods rarely change drastically in terms of file size, the "hacked" dual wield grows from 9kb to 269kb. Also, pay attention to addition of files that wasn't there on the previous version (especially new dll). Contact me ASAP if you notice odd things, stay safe!
