Balla Bloods and Family Crips Conversion.
2.1: added some nikes to ballas.
added tattoos to ballas and families
added female gangs ballas and families
fixed bandanas for ballas and families

Some of the families skins have a massive spike coming out of their chest. It's the chamberlain skins I think.
