It has all current CW The Flash skins as one DLC, provided with .OIV package and special menu to make the installation and in-game usage easier.
Installation:
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons, this streamped so must put the files and the folder, this not work without the folder.

Or replaced with a ped that you want from x64v/models/cdimages/streamed_mp.rpf, just rename example: mp_m_niko_01.

For everyone that doesn't see the Rival, remove the space in the folder (the folder u need to put in the addonpeds folder)
