Since I've always wanted a tattoo like this but there wasn't one yet, I made one myself.
The tattoo is for female and male characters.
Installation Single player:
OpenIV
Turn on Edit Mode
Replace the file in their location:
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpstunt\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpstunt_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf
Installation FiveM:
Drag and Drop into your EUP stream folder
Restart your server
The tattoo is for female and male characters.
Installation Single player:

Replace the file in their location:
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpstunt\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpstunt_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf
Installation FiveM:
