First of all, whenever you modify game files make sure to backup so you can revert it back but I have given the original file backup too if you don't like it. It's piece of cake
Go to GTA V > mods > x64v> models > cdimages > streamedpeds players.rpf > Player 0 and drop my file there and it's done
There's a readme file in every file of mine.

Yes it was based from the actor looks similar but it's not the same as Ned Luke looks.

The bald version looks like Phil Collins.
so the bald head doesn't work in my game. when i give him that haircut it just reverts to vanilla michael's face...is that just the mod? did you use the trainer to make him bald in your screenshot?
@InvitingPie0 I'm going to update this mod so be patient brother. I'll find you a solution out and yes I used trainer to remove the hair. Feel free to ask questions or explain your issue more brief brother!

@Pro Gaming FF sorry i have been on vacation, though no i am not talking about the beta hairstyle i am talking about how his face looks in the cover art! it looks different from in game, though i do understand that it is cartoon styled, could you do your best to replicate it?
