DESCRIPTION
This is a tattoo modification for MP Male,changes the head texture & the upper body texture.
Mexican tattoo inspired by the Latin community
made for GTAV. I will be releasing more tattoos for countries all over the world so make sure to comment which country I should do next!

NONE
HOW TO
1.First you'll need to open "OpenIV",
2.Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf ".
3.drop the "mp_fm_skin_m_up_lat.ytd" there.
