Little Jacob was voiced by Coolie Ranx, a musician best known for his membership in the third wave ska bands The Toasters and Pilfers.
Little Jacob is a Jamaican drugs and arms dealer and a high-ranked member of the Yardies, being the right-hand man and long-time friend of Real Badman, leader of his own drug crew and posse. Throughout the game, Little Jacob serves as a close and trustworthy friend for Niko Bellic, providing some of the earlier missions and aiding Niko during later missions. He ultimately proves to be the closest ally for the Bellic cousins.
Little is known about Jacob's life prior to Grand Theft Auto IV. He was born in Jamaica, circa 1982. At some point in his life, Jacob met Teafore Maxwell-Davies, who's more commonly referred to as "Badman." The two became very close friends, and eventually formed the posse among Yardies, a Jamaican gang, going under the names "Little Jacob" and "Real Badman" respectively.
Some time prior to the early-2000s, Jacob and Badman moved to Liberty City. In 2001, they both were arrested for armed robbery. The two were also arrested on two further occasions, at the same years, only with different crimes; In 2002, Jacob was arrested for burglary, and in 2006, Badman was arrested for possessing marijuana.
Jacob and Badman continued to build their gang in Liberty City, from a café called Homebrew Café in Broker, which served as their base of operations. They also formed partnerships with the known drug baroness Elizabeta Torres, and the Latin street gang, the Spanish Lords. Jacob and Badman also became enemies of the Hustlers gangs, mostly a few drug dealers in Bohan. There is also a faction within the Yardies who are opposed to Jacob and Badman.
At some point prior to 2008, Jacob became close friends with Roman Bellic, the owner of Express Car Service, a small taxi depot, and the pair formed a strong friendship with each other. Then later runs into Niko Bellic where the duo alliance begins!

Ah, Little Jacob, he has to be one of the most loved characters from GTA IV alongside Niko. I myself find him to be a character that I love and hope they bring back in GTA VI. I can only imagine how they would add him to the environment of Vice City or Florida as we know it! From his hard to understand dialect to his very chill attitude thanks to the weed, he would make for a very fun and nostalgic return if Rockstar choose to bring him back in the newer title! Well now we can at least have him, Badman and their voices in GTA V as the duo continue their run in the streets of LS!
He has facial animations that match GTA V's base npc models. However, he does not have cutscene facial animations as that is a bit tougher to make. I suggest using a mod called Character Swap if you choose to use him for missions or cutscenes.

Installation:
add the 4 files "ig_little_jacob" to the addon peds pack.
follow this route: Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ addonpeds \ dlc.rpf \ peds.rpf \
or you can also install it as a replace by renaming the ped to what you want!
Ex: changing the name "ig_little_jacob" to "ig_barry" and replacing that model.
For the DLC pack version place the dlc pack named "littlejacob_badman" into this location within openiv:
mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then add this line: dlcpacks:/littlejacob_badman/ to your dlclist.xml located here:
mods - update - update.rpf - common - data
For the optional audio files, place the two in this location within OpenIV:
mods - x64 - audio - sfx - S_MISC.rpf
Then you're done!!!
