Francis Martin Patrick "Frankie" Boyle (born 16 August 1972 in Pollokshaws, Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish stand-up comedian and writer.
He is one of three performers in the Split Sides club in The Lost and Damned and has several routines that can be viewed by Johnny Klebitz.
During his performances, he will either speak about sex, children, black comedy, scientists, or animals.

Description:
I actually had no idea who Frankie Boyle was until I saw him in GTA IV perform. After watching his acts on stage, I just had to look him up and find out more. So I did and he actually had me dying of laughter a couple times I watched him on YouTube perform on stage in real life! He's pretty good, and definitely someone I will remember the next time I see him in a game or on tv!
You can use his model as an IG replacement or as an addon ped following the instructions below.

Installation:
add the 4 files "ig_frankie_boyle" to the addon peds pack.
follow this route: Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ addonpeds \ dlc.rpf \ peds.rpf \
or you can also install it as a replace by renaming the ped to what you want!
Ex: changing the name "ig_frankie_boyle" to "ig_barry" and replacing that model.
