How do I install this file?

You need add-on ped if you want it as a new ped for the game.
You can also replace an existing non-streamed ped, renaming the files to ig_barry for ex.
Then you change your skin, using native trainer or menyoo to select that ped you replaced
It turned out really good, do you plan on releasing the frontman?

How diego ... I love your peds ... this one there is just a bug ... when you the ped moves far from you, you see a bug where another model appears (it seems to be a LOD issue). Could you kindly solve that?

I do have plans to port th VIP from COD at some point, yeah.
About the far cam issue, it is indeed the missing lods. I forgot about the low-mid lod files when i compiled it.
I'll fix and update the files when i get the time :)
