This will add two new ''SAHP'' cop cars to the game.
Edit: REmapped the cars to look more ''Highway Patrol'' Like
Install:
Replace the ''DLC.rpf'' in:
''Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2''
The cars do not patrol or respond as of yet. But are planned to be a part of the ''Law Enforcement Improvements'' mod.
Cars names:
Buffalo: Hwaycar
Stanier: Hwaycar2
To spawn the added cars you'll need SNT

@Netman Hey, I noticed from the videos that your cars seem to have working sirens despite being added cars. I've also seen that you used "<audioNameHash>police</audioNameHash>" in the vehicles.meta for both added cars. For me, this disables the sirens. Do you know what you did to make them work?

@Sh3nZeR For whatever reason, my game crashes for any extra add on pack I add. I have 13 right now, I'll just merge this with another.
Mine crashes as well. First added DLC, I used to have this, I don't get why it's not working anymore. Game version 944
I'm LSPDFR player and this mod helped me to add 2 Highway Patrol vehicles.Of course, my game is crashed after replace dlc.rpf at version 944 game. But install manually, success to add 2 hwaycars.
My way
1:Rename this dlc.rpf to "sahp.rpf" (to prevent accidental replace).
2:sahp.rpf put on mods folder.
3:Use OpenIV
4:Extract vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta, hwaycar files, hwaycar2 files from sahp.rpf.
5:Extract vehicles.meta from "update.rpf" and carvariations.meta from "mpluxe2" (default .meta files).
6:4 .meta files opened by Notepad++.
7:Lines about hwaycar and hwaycar2 copy and paste to default .meta files (custom .meta files).
8:Use OpenIV and add custom .meta files to update.rpf and mpluxe2.
9:Open "64e.rpf" and add 2 hwaycars files.
10:Test with Native Trainer (spawn by vehicle name "hwaycar" and "hwaycar2").
11:Open backup.xml with Notepad++ and rewrite "<vehicles>police4</vehicles>" to "hwaycar" and "hwaycar2" at <StatePatrol> section.
12:Test with LSPDFR backup. State troopers are coming with hwaycar.
It crashes NO GOOD for GTA updated versions.
@DBN He made it GTA 5 Logic (stanier instead of CV) You can search SAHP CVPI and install it.

Buffalo : FBI OR POLICE2
Stanier : POLICE OR POLICE4 OR SHERIFF

For some reason it crashes my game whenever I boot it up. I've been using this for about a year now and for some reason it only happens now.
