How do I install this mod using OpenIV?

How do I install this mod using OpenIV?
- Navigate to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf package.
- Activate OpenIV Edit Mode.
- Replace sheriff2.ytd and sheriff2+hi.ytd with unzipped sheriff2.ytd and sheriff2+hi.ytd files.
- Rebuild and launch Grand Theft Auto V.
- Find or spawn a Sheriff Granger.

@Bryanchox Yes it's only a skin for now. I'm new to modding world (this is only my second mod for Grand Theft Auto V). Once I get more up to par on things it's something I'm planning to do! ;)

love the skin, could you make one for the FBI Buffalo car? I think the S.H.I.E.L.D logos would look really cool on that car.

wow ! very nice , im trying hard to make this my FIB granger , only the logo on the top appear ,
But with the sheriff one its perfect ! just dont want shield too be dressed as sheriffs ahah
