This is my first mod in this website, (and my first texture modified textured in GTA V). This mod replace vehshare.ytd (Which contains Translated Police livery if you open this texture in OpenIV)
Online:
I will not respond for user get banned for modified rpf file, so use this for Single-Player mode only!
Requirement:
OpenIV
mods Folder
OpenIV.asi
Installations:
1) Startup OpenIV and select GTA V windows
2) Enable Edit mode
3) Copy x64e.rpf to mods Folder (If already copied x64e.rpf, so don't need this)
4) Go to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gts5/vehicles.rpf and replace vehshare.ytd, police.ytd and police3.ytd. And go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace police3.ytd from "Extract to patchday4ng" folder
5) Disable "Edit mode" and close OpenIV
6) Start GTA 5 and Raise your wanted level and you can see translated livery
Bugs:
When you see Police Stainer around the city (or parked around on Police Stations),
"Повиноваться и выжить" (Obey & Survive) is out of bounderies. So I will update the texture in the future. (before 1.2.1 version)
(Anyway Russian is not my main language because My hometown is USA)
So please give yourself a favor. Do not steal my Mod! If you steal my mod, I will list all of the mod stealer name and links! So gave me permission first before uploading my mod to other website. In this website, you can credits me by linking my mod, If you contributing my mod, so don't forget to mention my name.
I will double check that website if those mod stealer is claiming my mod
