This mod replace all plates by Moroccan plates.
Install :
Go to mods\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and replace vehshare.ytd.
In case you want to add the files by yourself, there are all png files in the download.

@Sonny Forelli I placed the plates but now I have the plates and the default (standard) number both?
@Gekko_s You have to go to plate customization menu in a trainer, then edit number plate, press space then enter, you will have a plate without standard number

@Sonny Forelli Yes I have downloaded it already and it still doesn't work somehow, I just replaced it
@Gekko_s You have to correctly and manually remove those numbers with a trainer, i had the same problem before, try by writing anything on this plate, then delete everything and press enter, just try again
