Replaces the original security car livery with a Bobcat variation. Probably doesn't make much sense story-wise but it looks nice.
Installation Instructions
1) Launch OpenIV and click "Edit Mode"
2) Go to x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf and drop the file from the ZIP into there.
