You will need my BAC Mono car mod for this found here:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bac-mono
Go to GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > bacmono > dlc.rpf > x64 > vehicles.rpf > bac2.ytd
In edit mode of Open IV scroll down in the bac2.ytd and find BACMONO_sign_[x] and replace which ever livery you want which the files provided.
If you want the paint exactly like this the secondary and top coat must be frost white.
