Simple NOOSE Ped Texture
Just a really simple retexture of the NOOSE/SWAT ped.
Requirements
-OpenIV
Installation
Open 'OpenIV' and select GTA V and select your platform. Next go to: GTA V / x64e.rpf / models / cdimages / componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf . Then click edit mode and right click s_m_y_swat_01.ytd and click replace. Finally find and select the mod to successfully change the ped texture.
