Changes many signs, billboards and surfaces into popular anime styled custom textures. Obviously this is not canon to the GTA series, and for anime fans and otaku GTA Fans. I've created a few custom store fronts for the mod.
Known Issues;
There is several alignment issues and lod issues which will be fixed as I find and update, plus adding in several other re-textured areas around Santa Monica. Several images overlap and hopefully I'll find a fix for them soon.

Added over 70 new textures
