Michael's exterior now has a brand new look. New stucco covering house (2k), new brick pavement on the side and back of home, increased resolution of wood chips on front and rear of home, new higher resolution grass, new higher resolution ground stones, and new higher resolution terracotta tile.
Installation:
Just follow path of enclosed folder in OpenIV, click "edit mode", drag and drop files in.

I will bring more to this in future updates. I am also working on my other improved textures mod that I abandoned a while back. Nothing anytime soon, but I have been slowly adding to it here, and there, over time.

@HeySlickThatsMe The grass is MUCH improved. I also did all the grass at the golf course, which I intend to release for my other improved textures mod, in a future release.
