After more than 200 hours changing numbers, I hope this will be the last gameconfig you ever need.
Lets make this a Community Gameconfig, never again should we have to wait.

This is tested to work on a Epic games version, but tested with no mods. There is NO DIFFERENCE in gameconfigs between Steam and Epic. Line for line they are identical. If it works on steam, it will work on Epic. If your Epic version doesn't work, it is probably a conflict in a mod.

Version 1 is the simplest one. I have heard this is stable.
Version 2 is the experimental one. This worked but had mixed results.
Version 3 is my personal one. For me this is the most stable, but has the most changed.

-Values were adjusted and added
-Traffic densities reworked. Still testing traffic patterns.

Optional Popcycle included
-Traffic densities were adjusted for north and south
-Birds and Fish have been removed. Birds and Fish are people too so now more pedestrians walking around and on the beach.
-Foot traffic around the city have been increased.

My Specs: I5 9400 - 16 gb ram - 6 gb vram RX590 - 500 gb ssd - Averages 30 - 40 FPS
My Mods: Custom mix of Natural Vision and Redux with ENB and custom REShade with 40 add on cars and 4 tree YMAPS covering the map.

If you are using HEAP ADJUSTER, delete the old mod before installing the following files.

If this doesn't work for you, please tell me your system specs, how long did it run for, and where and what were you doing.

After one by one checking all other variables (and I mean ALL variables), I read on a forum to use DxDiag to find out the cause. This lead me to learning about RADAR PRE LEAK 64. This is basically a guard that makes sure programs stay within their memory limits. It mainly goes off on badly optimized apps that have memory leaks. After reading some forums about it regarding Skyrim, they pointed me in the direction of stack overflows. At the bottom of the gameconfig is VEHICLE SPAWN which was limited by 3000 on one stack. So I increased the memory and stacks and NO MORE CRASHES!

I don't know for sure how this works, but I believe that having mods takes away from that 3000 single stack leading to asking for more memory which triggers RADAR PRE LEAK 64 and something with clr.dll forces a game crash to prevent memory leak.
