First of all, thanks to Danix for this really great mod : o ).
If you have issues/conflicts with the Forests of San Andreas mod and the DNX Chiliad Town mod deinstall the old mod and download and install the current forests of san andreas revised mod.
Then it works fine.

I changed the billboards, streetsigns, vending machines, 24/7 store and so on from the DNX Chiliad Town Mod.
Installation:
open OpenIV and enable edit mode
if you want to change the billboards
go to: C:Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\dnxchiliadtown\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\dnxchiliadtown\dnxchiliadtown.rpf\
replace the files in the billboard folder
if you want to change the streetsigns (from Los Santos to Los Angeles)
go to:
C:Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\dnxchiliadtown\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\dnxchiliadtown\dnxchiliadtown.rpf\
replace the files in the road signs folder
if you want to change the Los Santos to Los Angeles Parksign
go to: C:\Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\mods\x64f.rpf\levels\gta5\props\roadside\v_signs.rpf\
and replace the file in the parksign folder
if you want to change the 24/7 shop to 7/11
go to:

and replace the files in the vending machines main folder
go to: C:\Games\Grand.Theft.Auto.V\mods\x64h.rpf\levels\gta5\interiors\v_int_68.rpf\
and replace the file in the broeknvend folder

Have you run this by @danix93? I think as long as you are only providing the textures and not the models, he doesn't mind but it's always best to check
