i know what you guys want to say,"wow wtf is this MOD made for? did you ever noticed there already has one motion blur strength option in game?"
but no.
you underestimate how stupid rockstar can be.
if you just set the motion blur strength to 0,then there still will be some motion blur left, like 0.1, and some peaple still can feel it.
using this MOD, you will never feel the annoying motion blur again
