PLEASE MAKE A TUTORIAL VIDEO, GRAND THEFT AUTO FIVE IS NOT WORKING DUE TO NON-DESCRIPTIVE INSTALLATION TUTORIAL!
fuck man, i don't want to do an entire 60 gigabyte download all over again due to this mod, it was cool at first, please show me how you got this to work by doing a tutorial video covering the entire open IV process.
@ncc12345 You sure are dumb fucker. It's easy and your fault for fucking up.
@gamingdamned did anyone ask you? Do you hear that sound? i hear it, it says "fuck off".
^ Yeah I really don't see how you messed this up its simple as: Grand Theft Auto V -> update -> update.rpf -> x64 -> movies
@SupremeStriker any chance of adding an optional HD version of this file or is it pixelated because the size needs to be under a certain limit?
@Demons It was HD but the quality gets worse after converting the file :/
@SupremeStriker yeah I figured it was something like that, what did you use to convert the file? perhaps there is a way to covert it in a more lossless format
I used the RAD Video Tools
@ncc12345 --> https://youtu.be/1BDeY5LOL4w
@Demons also (as you can see here https://youtu.be/1BDeY5LOL4w) if you watch the .bik video in the archive it looks way better
@SupremeStriker I had a look and the raw file important into GTAV and when viewing it in full screen it doesn't look HD, Ill have a look into into if there is a way to convert the original without affecting the quality as much and let you know :)
@SupremeStriker I think I might of found part of the problem, did you download the breaking bad intro from youtube and use that?
@Demons nope i recorded it while watching a episode of breaking bad on my pc
@supremestriker damn thats a shame at that was a 1080p episode rather than 720p?
I got netflix i can stream it in 4K.
Awesome idea! Would still like to have a GTA V Logo in the middle :)
@Demons right now i'm trying record again in 1080p or 4K and convert it but i always get an error that the audio couldnt be converted .... kinda freaking out right now :/
@Demons I just uploaded a file with higher quality (pending approval) ... it was 1080p but after converting it the quality got a little worse :/
@supremestriker, nice job man the quality is much better now, I think this will be the best you're gonna get since from what I've read bink files aren't the greatest to work with unfortunately.
This does not work, I followed your instructions but it just removed the startup scene entirely. Oh and the breaking bad file is still in your specified directory.
