just drag XML file to ...\ Grand Theft Auto V \ menyooStuff \ Spooner
Open menyoo menu > Spooner > Manage Saved Files > search for the file name (zumbis.xml)

I just did it like passtime. I thought it was cool and I decided to share
If the particle settings are too high, there may be a drop of fps when you look at the fire
