Hello. When I put that on my FiveM server, the grass is flickering. Is there anything I can do? Should I try downgrading for example to v 3.0?

Anyone knows why the grass outside and the beaches/sand is not spawning in? I tried downloading some file that someone said should fix it but it did not work.
