Vice Cry is a great mod that I very much enjoy but I felt it needed more life. With this mod, I've added more life and activity to an already active map.

Would be much better as ymap and scenarios files. This will not be good for performance.

@Quakex64 I didn't believe it was necessary because I did a Liberty City map and didn't leave a link and it's my most popular file
@Jjent1 some people just dont know where to get it, plus there is at least two different Vice City mods out

can this also be oaded with menyoo? i mean they are both .xml files, and the map editor is just made for easier editing than on menyoo? id hate to download mapeditor just for this.

@Jjent1 author are u still active on this if so may I ask if it would be possible to add working gas stations around vice city as I got the gas mod I run out no way of filling up unless I got Jerry can but also got the pickups mod
