B- Unzip the file into your "mods > x64 > dlcpacks" folder
C- Add it to your dlclist then your done!

Excuse me sir but does this ymap conflicting with your other ymap because this one seem to be caused my game to crash (I have both Cayo and Fort upgraded ymap installed)
