Bored of the original, abandoned and dead North Yankton? well same here, i personally thought that north yankton is much less detailed and alive ad it should be. Well this mod adds some details to the map, making it feel larger and more alive, more buildings, props, cars and trees can be now seen. all added models are vanilla-friendly, as they are all taken from north yankton files but not the the parking garage.
REQUIRES THE INCREASED PROPS ADDON (NOT MINE) https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/increased-props-add-on
INSTALL TO GAME FOLDER, LOAD BY MAP EDITOR (MAP EDITOR - LOAD MAP - SELECT THE NORTHYANKTONV2.XML AND LOAD. ! LOAD NORTH YANKTON BEFORE THE MAP !
TRAIN TRACKS TO MODS - COMMON.RPF - DATA - LEVELS - GTA5 AND DROP THE FILE
when all of this is done, enjoy!

-more buildings in countryside and city
-more vegetation
-more barns and farm buildings in countryside
-parked cars (can be stolen)
-radio towers
-gas station
-skate park
-parking garage
-north yankton public metro train
-police station in city
-fire station
-another small town near the bank
-some neighborhoods with houses and cars (i will add peds later)
-money trucks outside bank
-road work in city
-some peds, will add more soon
and much more, expect a 2.0 update soon, update will include more peds and cars for now, but there will be more...
