By far the best Private Runway map.

Suggestions:
Sonora Desert Outpost: a Military station on the desert runway. A few helipads, jets & some armored vehicle stations.
Oil Rig Outpost: A military outpost on a Oil Rig maybe outside the West Coast, with a few helipads, guards, some AA guns (maybe a few CIWS guns from the Carrier, I've seen them used in other maps) and a VTOL pad for a Hydra or F-35.
Redwood Raceway: the current track doesn't look like a track & looks like an abandoned construction yard. Adding a few cones, banners, & other props with a few parked off roaders & some peds & it could look more lively.

Only problem is maybe you could increase runway length.

@MobWulff thanks, yeah ill definitely try the Sonora desert outpost. The oil rig i think may be a bit tricky tho, i wouldn't even know where to start lol

@duration Iv done this on my Bay Airport map, but you can just land the Mili-jet on it or smaller planes. Tried to make it bigger but it keeps crashing the game.
