the downtown garden is closed and secured by police units and armored cars due to the visit .
the motorcade consists of :-
4 fib undercover cars
1 fib command car
2 armored army cars
1 police command center

** installation :-
1- put the file in GTA5(Root Directory)/menyooStuff/Spooner
2- go to the menyoo main menu and choose - Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > president-midtown > load placements
