Hey i actually do not have much to say besides have fun with my mod and do not uploaded without my permission.
How to install:
1:Put "Elanip Penthouse.xml" in Gta (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner
2:open Open IV then navigate to update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/
levels / gta 5 / props / luxe_props. Then rplace lux_prop_cigar_01_luxe.ydr with white celing
In game open menyoo go to spooner / saved files / Elamip Penthouse / load placement

@paulmiskit How did you successfully add an heliport on your custom map ? I use Guadmaz Map Editor with the 10k edited list and it appearing invisible when I took one. Have you a solution for me plz ?
