-Copy clownbase.xml to your GTA main folder.
-Press F7 to open Map Editor, select "load map",

More gun-toting clowns! I like these killer clown mods, but I change the .xml files to make all peds hate/attack me when near/in sight. Oh and is that a helicopter I see?! These clowns are getting real technological like! I will try this and rate soon, thanks for sharing.

This was bloody difficult - several clowns had grenade launchers and rail guns! Thanks for sharing this and well done - I have never seen so many clowns wielding heavy weapons running in an army-like line down a pier towards me!
Oh and sorry for double-posting, but I noticed a glitch/bug: when the map was loaded, the helicopter was destroyed on the roof. The original picture is gone and I don't remember, so was the helicopter supposed to be in tact or destroyed from the start?

@SgtFlummi: Aaaah, that's OK then - with some racing mods, props spawn on fire or destroyed, so I am glad this is not a glitch! Well done with this mod.
